I opted for the electronic lock and like it. I can just recharge the lock as needed from the usb port in the upper console area.
The unit is not cheap but the quality is great. I saw other console units cheaper but they didn’t have a built in bottom. I prefer a totally enclosed self contained unit like this one.

They make a great product and they have a great team with good values. The product is a strong alloy, and the design is darn near impenetrable. As for their customer service, there was a very nice lady that presented some customer first values and she was super respectful. I was a little frustrated, and she handled it so professionally.

Absolutely perfect fit, great design and easy installation!

Perfect fit, no problem on installation, but I knew that going in. I've had a vault for 20 years now. Theses vaults are the best in the business. I've never been afraid of losing anything valuable in my car.

Fits like a glove. Easy install. Only critique is the lock is not facing towards you when opening. So you have to put code in turn the barrel and then open. If there was a way to clock the barrel of the lock to face you when opening that would make it a bit more user friendly. Thatís only reason for 4 stars. If there is a way to adjust this it would be 5 stars all the way.
