"The design allows users to install the safe in either a vertical or horizontal orientation, and it can be positioned to have the safe door open from either direction depending on your needs", says Console Vault's President, Scott Bonvisutto.
The unit comes standard with all the Console vault features users expect from the company's in-vehicle safes including the patented Triple Guard Locking System®. It is also compatible with all of the existing lock types the company offers. Application uses include secure storage for dorm rooms, Airbnb rentals, RV, workshops, and home offices.
